When can I apply for an API key?

Starting from February 3, 2026, you will be able to apply for an API key. You will need to set up a new account and generate a new API access key.

Will old API URLs work with new API keys?

No, old API URLs will not work with new API keys. You will receive a new URL when you set up your API key in our account control panel.

What happens if I reach my monthly API limits?

If you reach your monthly API limits, the service may start throttling your requests or even return errors.

Do you offer commercial API accounts with higher limits?

Commercial API accounts with higher limits are not yet planned.

How can I check my current month's usage?

You can log in to the control panel and check the "Usage" section. Alternatively, you can send an API request with your auth key to https://api.v2.us.teltonika.com/api/limits. Please consult the API documentation and verify the correct URL after you have set up your API keys.
